This policy describes activities that are not permitted on the Ikonic platform. It applies to everyone who accesses the service and supplements the Terms of Service.

Unlawful use, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Attempts to breach tenant isolation, access other customers’ data, or bypass security controls.

Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or probing the platform without authorisation.

Distributing malware, phishing, or sending unlawful or unsolicited bulk messages.

Activity that overloads, degrades, or disrupts the service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for the users you invite and the content you store. Keep credentials secure and ensure your team uses Ikonic within this policy and applicable law.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action — from warnings to suspension — where necessary to protect customers and the platform.
